TG&W was founded by Wendy Thompson (President), Heidi Green (Secretary/Treasurer), and Mike Wong (Vice President). This leadership team brings several decades of combined experience in project management, business ownership, and operations management garnered from related engineering and high tech fields.

Wendy W. Thompson

PRESIDENT

Wendy was one of the founding members of TG&W Engineers, Inc.

With years of experience in business development and project management for Fortune 500 clients, she leads the firm’s quest to provide high quality engineering services.

Mike Wong, CPSM, LEED AP

VICE PRESIDENT

As another founding member and with his experience in the A/E/C industry since 2000, Mike heads the business development and marketing roles for TG&W.



He also assists with the project management functions of the firm as well.

HEIDI GREEN

SECRETARY/Treasurer

Heidi also joined the firm as a founding member in 2010. Human resources and accounting are Heidi’s area of expertise.

Cameron Labunski, PE, LEED AP

Engineering Director

Cameron was also a founding partner in TG&W. As engineering director, Cameron serves in the project manager and mechanical engineering lead designer for our projects.

Ruth Selzer, PE

Senior Engineer

Ruth joined TG&W as a senior electrical engineer in 2017. Well steeped in electrical design, one of Ruth’s specialties is lighting design.

Alvaro GLoria, PE

Engineer

Beginning his career at TG&W as an intern in 2016, Alvaro came on as a full-time EIT after graduating from UT Austin.

Alvaro is fluent with all facets of MEP design and is also gifted in 3D modeling.
